Well Hamish - listening to this TED talk has inspired me to press on with my idea to try to provide a more proactive Link (pun intended) to staff profiling and selection that is woefully absent here in Christchurch - So thank you! I work for James Holloway as the OPS Manager, but as we are currently restructuring out of the Insurance work, I feel the need to utilise the skill set that I had as a partner of an Organisational Development Company in Johannesburg before emigrating to New Zealand. James is supportive and sent me your contact - I can historically vouch for the "joy of Collaboration" as I see reflected in your Web page.
